What is CAT?

CAT is the Catastrophic Attack Team. Though we are not really a clan, we are more a group that got together through a result of a game, Battlefield 1942. Most of us got together more specifically through Planet Battlefield Forums(P B F). As a matter of fact we don't frequent Planet Battlefield that much these days, except for Spandex who's solid like a rock there.

We are not necessarily a gaming group either though that is how we got our start. Of that aspect to us though, here is what we try to be in game and online in general:
1. A [CAT] shall help when asked. While playing you should try to respond to pick-ups, medic requests and repairs if you can. Answers questions about the game.
2. A [CAT] will apologize if he/she TKs.
3. A [CAT] should try to promote good team play. Remember the [T] in CAT is for team. We deinately are not dog eat dog.
4. A [CAT] should be witty whenever possible.
5. A [CAT] should be crushingly witty when necessary.
6. A [CAT] will use proper grammer and complete sentences when posting in forums.
We have somewhat of a reputation on Planet Battlefield. A good one we would like to keep. We speak our minds but don't tend to irrationally flame people. In fact many of us CATs are or have been P B F moderators.

Our CAT community is growing these days. We hope you find the Scratching Posts forums a good place for discussion and help. The server we hope will be a fun place to play Battlefield and possibly some mods.
Membership.
Generally membership has mostly been by invite, but a few who have asked have joined our ranks. If you think you have what it takes to be a CAT let us know. We'll keep an eye on you. And possibly you'll get an invite into the private CAT's Eyes forum ....
